Dreux Visit/Ladies Night - 7th - 9th June 2013

Here are all the final details for this weekend:.

Friday

Hosts to collect their guests.

Friday evening dinner parties with hosts.

Saturday

Saturday Lunch:

12.00 Two Brewers Pub Park Street

14.30 Windsor Castle Tour of St. George’s Chapel

Those not attending lunch, but wishing to join the tour please meet at Henry V111th Gate at 14.15.

Saturday Night Dinner Oakley Court:

19.00 onwards as we have access to a small pleasure boat (max 8 persons at one time) for impromptu river trips by rotation whilst pre-dinner drinks are served on the lawn from 19.30 (inside option for drinks if weather is unkind)

20.30 Dinner in the Gloucester Suite. 3 courses with ½ bottle wine per person, coffee & After Eights.

23.00 Expected finish

Dress: lounge suits or similar (NOT Black Tie). No dancing.

Cost £50 per head all inclusive (part subsidised). Cheques to Andrew Wright (5, Malthouse Close, Old Windsor, SL4 2SD) by Saturday, or on the night payable to “Windsor & Eton 41 Club”

Access to private pay bar for additional wine or other drinks.

Names & numbers as per the attached list: table plan provisional.

Sunday Morning:

08.30-10.00: Brunch chez Kidd of coffee & bacon rolls BUT only if sufficient numbers as it is unreasonable to expect Geoff & Denny to go to any trouble if only un homme & son chien turns up.

10.00: Depart Windsor for Heathrow drop & 12.15 return flights.
